Matt Thewlis

Like many aspiring racers Matt Thewlis began his racing career in the Karts, before progressing quickly from grass roots to compete at a national level in Australian Motorsport. Matt has over 10 years top level racing experience that includes competing in the first Australian Rally X, Australian Pulsars Racing Association, Miniature Racecars, AASA Australian Endurance Events & Australian Production Cars.
He recently just finished outright 2nd in the prestigious Winton 300 and third in his class at the 2017 Hi Tech Oils Bathurst 6 hour and is a former Pulsar Challenge champion.

Matt possesses a broad knowledge of the Australian racing scene, including a thorough understanding of what it takes to advance through the ranks as a race car driver. Matt is an experienced and respected instructor and coach with over five years involvement with RDC.
